Steven’s ministry spans over three and a half decades, during which the Lord has used him to share the living Word of Jesus Christ across the globe. Inspired by a divine vision, Steven founded MAP International, an organization that unites a cohesive family of churches. Today, MAP Churches are thriving in France, South America, Puerto Rico, and Portland, Oregon.

Over 30 years ago, Steven established a strong ministerial presence in South America. His dedication and passion have earned him frequent invitations to teach in churches and conferences throughout Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, and Europe. Over the years, Steven has witnessed a powerful revival in Colombia, serving as a testament to the glory of God.

Steven’s apostolic calling has also led him to establish Bible colleges both domestically and internationally. He has conferred hundreds of degrees to graduates in Puerto Rico, Colombia, North Carolina, and Georgia, equipping a new generation of leaders to serve the Kingdom of God.

Steven’s upbringing as the son of a United States Air Force B-52 pilot instilled in him a profound respect for obedience and adaptability. As a child, he learned to navigate the challenges of relocating frequently, following orders to move from one Air Force base to another. While it may not have been easy then, God used these experiences to shape his heart and prepare him for a higher calling. Today, Steven follows orders from Heaven, traveling the world to deliver God’s Word, teach transformative messages, and plant seeds for new Bible colleges.

Valerie began her ministry alongside her husband, Steven. Valerie’s strong and bold personality, combined with her deep love of the Lord, allowed her to grow beyond a supporting minister. She has contributed to transforming countless lives by sharing the unbounded power of the Holy Spirit at conferences, churches, sidewalks, and even grocery stores.

God began teaching Valerie to be a pastor and shepherd through her role as the eldest sibling to her four younger brothers and sisters. She endured familial strife and learned how to truly "forgive and forget" those who "do not know what they are doing." Today, she delivers energetic, passionate, and heartfelt lessons that demonstrate how the Living Word of God offers solutions to life’s speed bumps and perceived barriers.

Valerie carries the blessing and burden of a prophet, always willing to share a promising Word from God and obedient to deliver the truthful, sometimes harsh reality when God demands. Her devotion to her prophetic calling reflects her unwavering faith and courage.

Valerie frequently travels the world, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ. Often, Steven, Valerie, and their daughter Victoria minister in three separate countries simultaneously. Through their unified agreement in faith, the power of God is released and blesses everyone they reach.

Pastor Victoria Swisher is a passionate and dynamic speaker who uses the Word of God, brought to life through engaging illustrations, to inspire and connect with people of all generations. With a heart for ministry, Pastor Victoria has shared her message at youth conferences, leadership events, church services, and large-scale crusades, where countless lives have been transformed, and the fire of the Holy Spirit has been reignited in the hearts of God’s people.

In addition to her speaking engagements, Pastor Victoria oversees fundraising initiatives, leads the Media Ministry, and serves as the visionary behind FUEL Youth and Young Adults Ministry, which gathers monthly to foster spiritual growth and community. She is also the founder and owner of FUEL Summer Camp, a transformative experience that draws teens and young adults from across the United States to the mountains for a time of connection, worship, and personal growth.

Pastor Victoria is deeply committed to her calling as a voice to all generations, using her God-given anointing to empower others and inspire lasting change.
